Overall, the seat on the Variable™ Balans® is one of the most comfortable kneeling chair seats I tested but it was not quite as comfortable as the seats on the normal ergonomic chairs in our office. I was comfortable for about 2-3 hours at a time before needing to switch to another seating option.
